What We're Working On!

We’re looking for a Head of Customer Experience to join the CapIntel team! Reporting directly to Rob Crnkovic, Co-founder and CRO, you’ll own the end-to-end customer experience journey, ensuring every touchpoint is optimized for satisfaction and engagement. This role involves strategizing to enhance customer interactions, implementing feedback loops, and leading a dedicated team toward achieving service excellence.

Our ideal candidate has experience in:

  • Leading customer experience or service teams, particularly in the tech or financial sectors.
  • Implementing customer feedback and data-driven strategies to improve service delivery.
  • Working collaboratively across departments to ensure a unified customer journey.
