Our Ideal Candidate Looks Like:
-
You’ve got the experience. To be successful in this role, we’re looking for 8+ years of SaaS Product Management experience, ideally with a bachelor’s degree (though that’s not required). You have outstanding project management skills and you’ve taken extreme and full ownership over the product experience. You’ve shipped great products as a Product Manager or Founder.
-
You’re motivated by being a leader. You have previous experience leading (or a strong desire to lead) teams of engineers, product designers, product ops, data analysts, etc. An excellent cross-functional communicator with the ability to influence multiple stakeholders, you’re able to navigate any natural tensions between various groups.
-
You love the world of product. You care about the details with a strong data-driven metrics approach. No stranger to an Agile environment, you’ve managed product boards and helped prioritize engineering decisions. You love the craft of shipping software and take pride in the outcome.
-
You’re eager to continue your own learning. Scrappy and voracious, you want to know the ‘why’ behind every answer. You’re a creative product thinker who can combine quantitative thinking with a great aesthetic. Finding creative ways to work through obstacles is fun for you.
-
You believe the customer comes first. You’ll advocate endlessly for our customers, and have a natural curiosity to understand their needs. You like to move fast, take risks, and learn from mistakes all in the name of getting feedback from real people.
-
You take growth seriously. You’re always researching the newest and most cutting-edge developments in our space, and love experimentation. Bonus: you’ve done market or pricing analysis, product marketing, or technical writing.
