How Will I Make An Impact?
As a Project Manager, you will oversee the planning, execution, and successful delivery of customer projects and implementations for Technology Solutions within the Exception Based Reporting (EBR) team.
For context, the EBR product is separate from ThinkLP’s core product offering, as it’s seen as an add-on for customers looking for more advanced data transformation and analysis. It’s also an area that has a lot of growth potential for the ThinkLP business, so you will play a key role in this & will add more organization.
Your primary focus will be on project management and control, ensuring deadlines are met, and that projects are completed within budget. Additionally, you will leverage your strong technical background to understand and scale technology solutions that enhance team throughput.
As the Project Manager, you will focus on the following:

Project Planning: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables. Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies.

Analytical Project Planning: Prepared to guide the team through the entire analytics lifecycle, including tracking product launches, defining success metrics, crafting analytics plans, timelines, and seeing projects through to completion.

Project Control: Monitor project progress, identify potential risks or roadblocks, and implement timely corrective actions to keep projects on track.

Resource Management: Allocate resources effectively, balancing workload to optimize team throughput and meet project deadlines.

Technical Expertise: Utilize your strong technical background to understand the intricacies of customer solutions and assess the feasibility of scaling technology to improve team productivity.

Budget Management: Ensure projects are completed within budget constraints while delivering the expected quality and value to customers.

Stakeholder Communication: Regularly communicate project status, progress, and potential issues to stakeholders, both internal and external.

Risk Mitigation: Identify potential project risks and develop contingency plans to minimize their impact on project outcomes.

Continuous Improvement: Analyze project performance metrics and identify areas for process improvement and increased efficiency.

Customer Focus: Collaborate with the sales and customer support teams to understand customer needs and ensure project solutions meet their expectations.

Experience as a Project Manager in the technology or IT industry, with a track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget.

Strong technical acumen and comfort working with scalable technology solutions. Familiarity with data analytics projects is key.

Excellent project management skills, including the ability to create and manage project plans, identify and mitigate risks, and maintain project documentation.

Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and guide cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders within an organization.

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to interact effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Familiarity with project management tools and software.

Experience working in an agile and flexible work environment.

Strong business acumen.

Works well in a fast-paced growth company environment.

Bachelor's degree in a technical field (Computer Science, Engineering, etc.) or related discipline is an asset.

Project management certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, etc.) are also an asset
