What we're working on!
As we continue to partner with Wagepoint, we’re looking for a VP Product to join the team! Reporting directly to the Chief Product Officer, you’ll work on the development and execution of the product vision and strategy. You’ll lead the charge in enhancing collaboration between Engineering and Product teams, ensuring that the products meet customer needs and business objectives.
Our ideal candidate has experience in defining and executing multi-product roadmaps in a scaling SaaS environment, a design-oriented mindset with ownership of product design, and a data-driven approach to decision-making. You thrive on building strong processes for collaboration, managing multiple products, and using tools like Jira to streamline workflows.
