Yet, a lack of data surrounding on-site work execution leaves people and organizations exposed to rogue spending, compliance issues, social or environmental disputes, and more.
Wes, Jenn and Johan, co-founders with personal industry experience, knew there had to be a better way. Their enterprise SaaS platform gives industrial operators an unprecedented level of operational visibility into their contracted workforce. These industries are the backbone of our economy, and we’re thrilled to see PayShepherd’s impact grow!
Our partnership origin story
We were introduced to CEO and Co-Founder Wesley Sessenwein by our supporter and Inovia Capital’s Chief Talent Officer, Krista Skalde-Roy (Inovia Capital is also PayShepherd’s lead investor!). Our track record of helping founders with those tricky but critical early leadership hires made us a great fit for what Wes and the team were looking for. Finding a leader who’s owned engineering + product, has experienced rapid scale, with a deep enterprise SaaS background, is a needle-in-a-haystack search, and these are the ones we enjoy the most!
