What we’re working on!

We’re looking for a Chief Marketing Officer to join the Blue J team! Reporting directly to the CEO, this strategic leader will own Blue J’s marketing efforts from demand generation to brand building. As a key part of the executive team, the CMO will guide a high-performing marketing group through this pivotal growth phase, driving data-driven insights and overseeing brand evolution and customer engagement strategies.


Our ideal candidate has experience in scaling a B2B SaaS company, is well-versed in the U.S. market, and is passionate about revenue generation, brand awareness, and innovative marketing strategies. We’re open to candidates who are either remote or based in Canada, with an option for hybrid work if local to Toronto.
