NorthGuide has a growing team and is looking for an Internal Operations Manager to support their growth!

How Will I Make An Impact?
As the Internal Operations Manager, you’ll enable the NorthGuide team through better processes, systems, and operations strategy. In this role, you will help shape strategy and drive execution across projects by managing the operational cadence of the organization, supporting customer success, and managing the business development functions of the organization. You will lead and manage internal projects including the full cycle of a CRM (from evaluation of tools through to implementation of solution).This role will support the ongoing business development operations of the organization by creating a system for maintaining the business development funnel, and managing the business development pipeline. You’ll enable the team to maintain a strong culture of customer service by maintaining strong data integrity.

How Do I Know If This Is For Me?
You’re process-oriented and comfortable with CRM systems. You’ve either worked in operations, rev-ops, or as a business development representative or customer success professional. You’re able to manage competing priorities and support senior leaders through repeatable processes and improved systems. You have a high attention to detail and love problem-solving + trouble-shooting. You’re hungry to learn, highly organized and looking for an opportunity to grow your skills and career!

Our Ideal Candidate Looks Like:

​Experience managing operations or revenue operations
-
Experience with implementing and/or managing CRM systems
-
Understanding of client service/best practices
-
Experience working with senior leaders
-
Experience managing internal projects
-
Experience training and enabling internal teams via processes and systems
-
Ability to identify and resolve gaps in current workflows
-
Comfortable working in ambiguity
-
Interest in the intersection of government and business
-
Local-ish to Waterloo Region, able and willing to come into the office ~3-4 times a week
-
Experience working with small, nimble teams

Nice to Have:

Some experience client-facing, whether that’s in sales, implementation, customer success/support, etc

The Process:
After an initial screening call with me (Negin), you will:

1. Meet with the Hiring Manager and another member of the Leadership Team
2. Meet with the CEO and another member of the Leadership Team
