How Will I Make An Impact?

Reporting directly to the CEO, you will: 

 

  • Manage the progression of customer’s journey - specifically, 8-10 global strategic innovation partners - focusing on advancing them through the customer funnel and forming a long-term, strategic relationship

  • Build and maintain long-lasting and mutually beneficial relationships with existing customers: Understand their needs through active listening and provide tailored solutions 

  • Have highly technical conversations with key stakeholders at client organizations, such as the Head of R&D persona

  • Build and implement streamlined and scalable customer experience processes, playbook(s) and CRM (Hubspot) to lay the foundation as Nfinite continues to grow 

  • Map out the customer journey, customer personas and organizational charts to identify key stakeholders for upselling, cross-selling and renewal opportunities

  • Maintain effective communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of customer projects

  • Conduct executive business reviews to monitor success measures and create a roadmap of future opportunities for growth

  • Be the customer champion internally: Take market insights and customer feedback to drive product and pricing strategies

How Do I Know If This Is For Me?

You’re an experienced enterprise account manager / customer success manager. You’ve worked in new or scaling account management teams and the opportunity to build from the ground up. You love fostering long-term partnerships with global strategic innovation partners. You take pride in how you approach every task: Whether that’s creating a customer success playbook, customer personas, recording data in a CRM, and of course - your relationships with customers. You’re dependable, humble, adaptable and passionate about the biggest obstacle facing humanity today: Our degrading environment.

Our Ideal Candidate Looks Like:

  • Passionate about sustainability and making a positive impact in the world

  • Experience in enterprise B2B account management, especially in hardware or advanced manufacturing

  • Strong understanding of technical solutions and highly technical conversations at an executive level, whether that's through prior experience in hardware, advanced manufacturing, deep-tech, or formal education in a technical domain

  • Experience managing and upselling through a multi-step, multi-stakeholder process and gaining senior executive buy-in across large, global organizations

  • Experience building and/or continuously improving customer success processes, playbooks, and customer personas

  • Experience building out and/or improving the use and workflow of CRMs 

  • Proven success in retaining and upselling current customers with high NPS and/or customer satisfaction scores

  • Experience in a startup environment: You’re a quick learner, can embrace undefined processes, navigate through complexities, and work hands-on to get things done

  • An intentional, thoughtful communicator: You’re an active listener and adjust your communication style to each client’s needs

The Process:

We're still fine tuning this process, but it'll look something like this:

1. An initial call with me (Negin)

2. Meeting with the CEO & Head of Operations

3. A half-day, in person event where you will: Meet the broader team; meet with the CEO, CTO and Head of Operations; and meet with their Customer Success Advisor
