How Will I Make An Impact?
Fiserv is a fast-growing global company with a small but accelerating Canadian presence, which is why we’re looking for a VP Product to grow and commercialize the business here in Canada.
As an integral member of the senior leadership team, you will play a key role in driving product direction for Fiserv’s Canadian Merchant Services business - this includes the Clover product along with a suite of other enterprise solutions.
You will lead a team of seasoned product managers and analysts and play a critical role in bringing in product management discipline and best practices. This role will collaborate closely with executive-level peers in sales management, operations, finance, and other key functions, and will build and manage critical relationships with external stakeholders across the global Fiserv ecosystem, and Canadian tech ecosystem.
As VP Product, Canada, you can look forward to:

Providing market positioning leadership and making recommendations for improvements in key verticals.

Bringing product management expertise to the Product team.

Monitoring and reporting product performance throughout its lifecycle including product strategy, product planning and issue prioritization.

Assisting with analysis that drives product pricing and bundling.

Drafting internal product communication and information.

Assisting in driving product development and improvements including road map and statement of direction development for the Canadian market.

Monitoring customers/prospects for awareness of customer needs and perspectives.

Assisting in the development of business cases to support new product recommendations.

Managing issues throughout the process including problem identification, root cause analysis, and client communication.

Building a solution consulting capability to support the business development pursuits of complex, high-value client opportunities.

Our Ideal Candidate Looks Like:

Bachelors degree; you don’t need a CS degree, but you’re comfortable going deep on critical technology discussions

10+ years of product management and 3+ years of product management at a top tech company
-
Experience with FinTech, Retail, eCommerce, or Payments software is an asset
