How Will I Make An Impact?

A cutting edge solution has been mapped out, and a prototype is in development. you will bring development in-house and head the engineering team. You will be starting from a prototype and blueprint and building from the ground up. Hiring a team underneath you, you will have control over technical specifications.

This platform helps create an equitable exchange for both the shipper and carrier, the market is typically skewed towards the shipper leaving the carrier with very little information. Polestar’s platform answers the question: What if you build a great tool that allows both sides to make better decisions?

Combining your enterprise SaaS or marketplace experience and your history of working on mission critical software, you will be taking the baton from Zeitspace and helping build this product from the ground up.

Our Ideal Candidate Looks Like:

You’ve been a technical leader, possibly even managed managers of team leads.
You have an entrepreneurial spirit and you love being on the ground floor.
You can handle AWS/Cloud transfer.
You know that building things the right way and always thinking about future scale will supersede the need for speed in the initial days.
You’re excited to build your own team.
You love data aggregation and synthesis.
You’ve got Enterprise SaaS/ marketplace experience.
You’ve worked on mission critical software before.
It would be great if you had some web/mobile app experience, but not required.
