As the Head of AI, you will be at the forefront of their AI strategy, leading the AI/ML engineering teams and collaborating closely with Product and Engineering to identify and prioritize opportunities for AI integration. Your role will be critical in designing and delivering AI solutions that bring their digital marketing products to the next level. By defining best practices and ensuring data privacy and security, you'll contribute to building a competitive edge for the company. Your efforts will directly shape the AI capabilities within their products, influencing both technological advancements and business growth.​

Our Ideal Candidate Looks Like:

• Master's or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field.

• Extensive experience (8+ years) in delivering complex software engineering initiatives.

• At least 5 years of experience in machine learning/data science with a proven track record of successful AI/ML projects.

• Deep knowledge of AI/ML technologies, frameworks, and tools with a strong understanding of the latest AI trends.

• Proficiency in Python for AI/ML and API implementation.

• Experience with AWS or other cloud services.

• Expertise in LLM applications, including prompt engineering, RAG, and agents.

• Strong leadership skills with experience managing and mentoring technical teams.

• Excellent project management and organizational skills.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

The Process:

While the process may evolve, the general steps look like:

• Meet with members of the engineering team

• Meet with members of the senior leadership team

• Participate in an Architecture assignment 

• Meet with the CTO
