How Will I Make An Impact?

 

As Product Growth Manager, reporting to the Head of Product, you will be responsible for developing and executing growth projects that drive revenue growth through the FlipGive Rewards partner ecosystem and direct to consumer product. FlipGive Rewards is a newly launched white-label embedded cashback Rewards platform. The ideal candidate will have experience managing growth projects with partners, a deep understanding of product-led growth tactics throughout the customer journey, and a data-driven approach to product and marketing that accelerates growth.

How Do I Know If This Is For Me?

 

  • As a member of our growth pod, reporting into the Head, Product, you will work closely with product, marketing, design and engineering to find the best ways to drive acquisition, retention, and monetization of direct to consumer and white-label users.

  • You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute experiments, analyze results of experiments and work with engineering and design to build iterative product changes.

  • You will be responsible for uncovering and understanding customer and partner needs and translate them into product requirements and roadmap.

  • You will leverage your product led growth experience to optimize white label flows going into the embedded solution, optimizing conversions at every step in the funnel.

  • You will have a detailed understanding of our partners’ applications, their marketing life cycle tactics (emails, in app notifications, push notifications etc), technical capabilities and requirements. 

  • Based on this knowledge you will make recommendations  that leverage product-led growth tactics to launch and grow their cashback rewards program.

  • Collaborating with the data team, you will provide regular reporting on KPIs across our conversion funnels, and recommend growth tactics and experiments based on potential impact.

  • You will work closely with merchandising team on merchandising optimizations that improve activation and engagement of both direct-to-consumer and white label users.You will support in sharing  best practices across our partner ecosystem, providing detailed guidance on how and when it is best to use our API’s 

  • You will collaborate with marketing on providing the highest converting messaging, images and copy to our white label partners.

Requirements for the Role:

 

  • 3 - 5 years proven experience in B2B product led growth experience 

  • Works closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, create design briefs, manage tech limitations and gather feedback on growth projects

  • Experience working in early stage programs that focus on continuous testing, optimization and improvements.

  • Familiarity with creating a testing plan managing A/B tests, multi-variant tests and understanding how to define statistical significance.

  • Deep knowledge of channel go-to-market, partner business models, and channel engagement best practices 

  • Deep understanding of marketing/sales funnel as it relates to channel, and methods by which to accelerate growth

  • Familiarity and experience working with channel partners on product-led growth tactics

  • Data-driven decision maker with experience analyzing and reporting on program results
