This includes creating smarter territory plans and effective quota assignments, efficient pipeline management (from lead to customer) and incentive compensation management (compensating sales reps in a fair and reliable way).

Their unique story is fundamental to their success: Founded in 2005, they grew rapidly. In 2012, they joined the IBM family and with the additional horsepower, continued to scale. In January 2020, IBM sold its most profitable assets - Varicent included. All the original founders came back to lead the team into a strong future. They’re off to a hot start: Despite the chaos of 2020, Varicent joined forces with Symon and FunnelCake. Thanks to their acquisitions, Varicent is now a full end-to-end solution.

Varicent was named a Leader in the 2020 Gartner Quadrant for Sales Performance Management. Their award-winning products are known for their innovation, leading the way in easy-to-use and explainable advanced analytics.

How Will I Make An Impact?

As a Director, Product Management, you will:

  • Mentor and develop talent on the product management team (10 PMs, 5 product areas + product ops)

  • Refine/establish best practices for the PM org
