This company is a well-funded start-up with great customer traction, and a desire to scale. We are seeking a highly motivated, goal-oriented and data driven Marketing & Growth Manager.
In this new role, you will be interpret behaviour metrics and come up with viable and cost-effective growth initiatives. Additionally, you’ll take charge of our marketing efforts to build awareness and attract new leads. We move very fast, so you need to be excited about quickly building campaigns, executing and then iterating.
You’ll be a success if you:
• Increase acquisition, engagement and retention.
• Improve lead generation across the funnel, which includes A/B testing, content, programs, product improvements, traffic analysis or new innovative ideas to increase velocity.
• Build and utilize dashboards and reports to understand root causes of changes in product growth and metrics.
• Closely collaborate with the Product and Engineering teams to identify levers that move key metrics.
• Identify, monitor and drive growth opportunities by designing and evaluating experiments.
• Innovate new ways to optimize the journey and make the trial/purchase decision better.
You could be great in the role if you have all of this:
• Extensive marketing experience
• BA/BS in Computer Science, Math, Applied Economics, Statistics or other technical field. Advanced degrees preferred.
• Direct experience with web/mobile analytics suites such as Google Analytics, Optimizely, Mixpanel, etc.
• Experience working with marketing automation platforms such as Hubspot, etc.
• Deep analytical skills. Ability to develop a measurement plan for marketing campaigns.
• History of demonstrating results via data-driven marketing campaigns.
• Experience developing and implementing engaging content.
• Ability to communicate the results of analyses in a clear and effective manner.
• Domain expertise in E-commerce, SaaS or Finance.
