Chief Revenue Officer – Jobber

We’re excited to be working with Jobber again, this time finding a Chief Revenue Officer. They’re looking for an experienced executive to lead and grow their high potential team, and own and accelerate revenue.

What You’ll Be Doing…

  • Driving top line revenue and customer acquisition growth through leadership of the Sales, Business Development, Marketing and Customer Success teams
  •  
  • Creating and driving the execution of a cohesive growth-focused revenue strategy.
  •  
  • Working closely with the CEO and Senior Leadership Team to contribute to the development of long term business strategy and planning.
  •  
  • Creating accountability within the Revenue organization by developing and coordinating compensation models that drive and reward outstanding performance.
  •  
  • Monitoring the pipeline at all stages, allowing for experimentation while making adjustments as needed to meet company goals.
  •  
  • Developing sophisticated analytics, reporting and forecasting capabilities to support strategic and tactical development of sales and marketing plans.
  •  
  • Instilling a culture of focus, integrity, partnership and results from the ground up in all of our Revenue generating teams.
  •  
  • Building a high performing organization through the ongoing development of current team members as well as recruiting top tier external talent.
  •  
  • Collaborating with other senior leaders across the organization to ensure all teams are working together in pursuit of shared company goals.
  •  
  • Monitoring and understanding market trends in order to inform internal planning and decision making.

Does This Sound Like You?

  • Progressive senior leadership experience in a variety of Revenue generating roles and demonstrated success leading high performing teams.
  •  
  • Experience in either a high growth company or a high growth business unit in an enterprise organization. SaaS experience is a plus!
  •  
  • Experience and comfort with board level accountability for business performance.
  •  
  • Passion for developing people and nurturing careers of the next generation of leaders.
  •  
  • A strong focus on data and data driven decision making through experimentation, A/B testing and business intelligence.
  •  
  • Extensive knowledge of and experience with modern Sales, Marketing & Customer Success technology and tools.
  •  
  • Strong financial acumen and experience running a P&L.
  •  
  • Strong leadership skills and executive presence. We need you to fearlessly lead and inspire the people on your teams to move the needle every day.
  •  
  • A strong understanding of small business owners and a passion for supporting and helping them be more successful.
  •  
  • Innate ability to think big; to see Jobber’s future at 10x, 100x, and 1000x, and to operate
    with that future in mind.

  • The desire to work in cross functional teams and the ability to maintain focus on key priorities without getting bogged down
